Great to meet you!

Hello,

As a licensed professional counselor I have had the priviledge of helping individuals improve their lives and relationships. I have been working with adults experiencing a variety of mental health symptoms (anxiety, anger, depression, sadness, worthlessness) for over 20 years.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals process trauma and reduce related symptoms of anxiety, depression. First and foremost I focus on building a solid relationship with clients so they understand and feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. I offer an integrative approach to better serve clients based on their specific needs and level of comfort. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and neurofeedback.

What you can expect from me

I generally start therapy sessions by asking clients how they are feeling and what they would like to focus on in our time together. I like to work collaboratively with clients in developing treatment goals and chosing specific types of treatment.
