Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, young adults, and mature adults.

I obtained my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in 2019. My formal education has prepared me to serve individuals, groups, couples, and families. I have worked in multiple settings with clients of varied ethnic and racial backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, trauma, and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

A strong counseling relationship and a safe, non-judgmental environment are the foundation of the therapy process. I take a Humanistic approach to counseling. I provide guidance and support to you on your journey. We will use cognitive behavior or trauma-focused care and other techniques to address to provide an individualized approach to the difficulties you are experiencing.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to adjust behaviors and develop new coping skills to help bring the meaning you desire and support you in reaching your life goals.
