I utilize different therapeutic styles but primarily focus on Humanistic and Gestalt approaches, viewing overall health as a fundamental aspect of my practice. I emphasize overall health and well-being and incorporate the understanding that the mind and body are interconnected.
The first session with me will be a warm, safe space where I will explore a variety of aspects of your life, whether that may be how you were raised or recent life stressors. I like to use the first session as a way for both of us to learn more about each other and see if we will be a good fit.
