Great to meet you!

You have probably spent more time than you should looking for someone who would truly see you without trying to change who you are. I support adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, and the particular weight of living in a world that does not always affirm your identity or your community. As an abolitionist social worker, I ground my practice in compassion, dignity, and a deep belief in collective liberation. I am affirming and experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ people, women, and those navigating cultural and identity questions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I honor your story, your values, and your lived experience while walking alongside you with care. Together, we make space for what you are carrying, identify what you need, and explore meaningful steps toward healing. If you are looking for someone who listens deeply and respects your autonomy, you are in the right place.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will feel welcoming, grounding, and intentionally paced. I will begin by learning what brings you in, what you hope to gain from our work, and what feels most important right now. I welcome and encourage your questions throughout. We will explore your story at a pace that feels right for you, with your concerns and your voice guiding everything we do together. Whenever you are ready, I would love to connect.
