Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have spent the past eight years walking alongside individuals as they navigate some of life’s most difficult chapters. I have had the honor of supporting survivors of trauma and abuse, individuals living with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, victims of crime, and those carrying the unique challenges of immigration-related stress.

I believe every person has a story that deserves to be heard with compassion and without judgment. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with the strength, resilience, and wisdom that already exist within you. Together, we create a space where healing can unfold, wounds can be understood, and hope can begin to take root again.

Whether you are carrying the weight of past experiences, feeling overwhelmed by the present, or searching for a path forward, you do not have to walk that journey alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, attachment-focused, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, be honest, and feel seen without judgment. I work with clients to create safety, build trust, and gently explore the thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and life experiences that may be shaping how they move through the world.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and attachment-based work to support healing in a way that is both compassionate and practical. CBT helps us understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while Solution-Focused Therapy helps us identify strengths, possibilities, and meaningful steps forward. EMDR supports the processing of painful or traumatic experiences that may still impact the present. Attachment-based work helps us explore how early relationships and past experiences may influence trust, connection, boundaries, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.

My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your story, and help you reconnect with your resilience, clarity, and sense of self.

What you can expect from me

My passion is creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe healing begins when people have room to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences with compassion and honesty.

I am dedicated to empowering clients as they move through life’s challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful change. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, attachment-based work, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
