I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has over 10 years of diverse experience in mental health. I am here for you or your loved one with comprehensive and compassionate care. Every client is unique. Therefore, my approach is one that creates individualized treatment plans to meet every individual's needs by providing client-centered care using an evidence-based approach.

I provide holistic and integrative care to adults for a variety of mental health issues including, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and PTSD by providing diagnostic evaluation, brief therapeutic interventions and medication management.

I strive in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment and committed to continue to reduce the stigma attached to mental health issues.
