Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with patterns of thinking, feeling, and connecting that leave you in cycles of addiction, chronic stress, damaged relationships, and emotional exhaustion? This can leave you anxious, depressed and frustrated with little hope for change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is mainly through the lens of the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM). NARM is a depth-oriented model that uses present experience to help you notice strategies and patterns of relating to yourself and the world around you that are getting in the way of what you want. I will help you develop a greater connection to yourself to get relief from the addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma cycles that are getting in the way of hope and the capacity for change in your life.

What you can expect from me

I'm not sure if this is your first time seeking counseling, or if you are still trying to find the right fit. Either way, therapy can be both the hardest and best thing you ever do for yourself. I'd love to meet with you for a 15 minute session at no-charge to see if you would like to work together.
