Great to meet you!

The most inspiring part of being a mental health provider is taking on a role in the transformation and resilience of a person’s story. Witnessing the ability to regain inner strength, control over their lives, develop hope, and have the capacity to try has been gratifying both professionally and personally. I choose to continue specializing in mental health and make my compassion, kindness, dedication, and skills available to persons who allow me to gain their trust and be their provider.

My approach to therapy

With past and continued training and specialization in behavioral health, neuropsychology, and diagnostic care, I have been part of the healing journey for mood disorders, anxiety and panic, trauma, bereavement, neuro-developmental disorders, social problems, special education, developmental delay, stress, infertility, family and couple relationship problems and more.

What you can expect from me

The treatment approach a client will experience is a mixed psychotherapy style with nuero-psychotherapeutic focuses. Each session is an opportunity to feel the change and grow closer towards the goals that are developed in treatment. The focus in each session is to help the client make the strategies and lifestyle changes their own leading to independence from therapy.
