Great to meet you!

Over the past 16 years, I’ve helped clients navigate mental health concerns, relationships, career challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I have a particular focus on men’s mental health and wellness, creating a space where men can move beyond the expectation to simply “push through” and develop healthier, more effective ways of managing life. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, overcome what’s getting in your way, and create meaningful change, I invite you to reach out and Let’s Talk.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based, and intersectional, recognizing how identity, culture, gender, relationships, work, family, and life experiences shape mental health and well-being. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches based on your needs and goals. As a Certified DBT provider (C-DBT) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I emphasize emotional regulation, distress tolerance, anxiety management, coping, and psychological flexibility. Therapy provides both a safe space for exploration and practical tools for change. Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen self-awareness and relationships, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

The intake process typically includes several sessions, up to 60 minutes, focused on building rapport, understanding your unique experiences, and identifying your needs and goals. Through collaborative assessment and exploration, we will establish meaningful goals and work at a pace that respects your needs while fostering greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.
