My approach to therapy

Working with a therapist who demonstrates compassion and empathy are important traits to cultivate a positive therapeutic relationship. My clients are treated with dignity and supported in identifying their cognitive and emotional strengths in order to overcome and conquer any barriers that may lead to emotional or behavioral changes in their lives.

My approach is warm, empathetic, and person centered. My specialties include using a strength based positive psychology approach with CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness.
