Great to meet you!

My journey in mental health began over 30 years ago, and what has kept me in this field is the profound privilege of walking alongside people during some of their most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of settings and populations, from children navigating neurodevelopmental differences to families facing complex transitions. This breadth of experience has deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry, often without recognizing it. As I focus on supporting adults and adolescents in a private practice setting, I bring that same depth of curiosity and care. I believe lasting change happens when people feel truly heard, and I am committed to creating that space for every client I work with.

My approach to therapy

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative approach rooted in over three decades of clinical experience. I tailor each session to the individual, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet you where you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or are simply ready to do some deeper self-exploration, I work at your pace. Sessions are conducted via telehealth, offering the flexibility and comfort of connecting from wherever you feel most at ease. My goal is for every client to leave each session feeling understood and equipped with meaningful tools for their journey.

What you can expect from me

I want you to know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply respect that step. You do not need to have everything figured out before our first meeting. I bring both warmth and directness to my work, and I welcome questions at any time. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
