Throughout my career, I have specialized in mental health counseling, developmental disabilities, and family therapy. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves and meet them with a non-bias attitude. My motto is " Live To Be Authentic Unapologetically"

My approach to therapy is warm, inviting and supportive. My style is eclectic. There is no known particular style of therapy for a particular situation that a person may be experiencing. I am solution oriented .
