Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and clinical psychologist, I provide medication management alongside focused psychotherapy. My approach is direct yet measured—grounded in decades of working in mental health, continual study, and a commitment to understanding what truly benefits the individual in front of me.

My approach to therapy

Patients seek my care when they are looking for greater clarity, a more thoughtful approach to medication, or a deeper understanding of patterns that have not shifted with prior treatment.

This is for individuals motivated by meaningful change and open to thoughtful, honest dialogue. The practice is not designed for crisis or high-intensity care.

What you can expect from me

During our initial 60-minute session, I gather your history, including current and past medications, and clarify what you hope to accomplish. Together, we will develop a thoughtful and realistic plan. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes and focus on medication management, with time for brief psychotherapy as needed.

NOTE: I do not prescribe benzodiazepines.
