Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in New York with experience supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change, whether related to career, identity, relationships, family roles, or overall direction, and are looking for a space to gain clarity, feel more grounded, and begin moving forward.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a doctoral degree in psychology with a background in research. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in a high-demand corporate environment, which gives me a practical understanding of work stress, financial pressure, career transitions, and the demands of balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, practical, collaborative, and interactive. I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, understood, and able to be honest without fear of judgment. I take time to understand your story, your strengths, and the patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges. Our work together will focus on helping you better understand yourself, improve communication, build confidence, process difficult life experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress. I aim to balance support with thoughtful questions and practical tools that help you make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming and respectful space where we work together at a pace that feels supportive and productive. I will listen carefully, ask questions to better understand your experiences, and help you identify steps that feel realistic and useful.

My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more clear about what you need, and better equipped to handle the challenges in front of you. I also strive to provide an inclusive space for clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating multicultural or identity-related concerns.
