Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Georgia, and I support adults over 18. Clients who come to me are going through transitions, experience anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, seek their gender/sexuality identity or have suffered trauma. I work with couples and with survivors of narcissistic abuse or of religious fundamentalism trauma. I approach our therapeutic relationship with utmost sensitivity and respect to multi/cross-cultural and religious/spiritual diversity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is systemic, trauma informed and spiritually integrated. I always include the body, mind and spirit of a person. Working with me I will try to help you gain an "observer" perspective, which will help you become present and mindful, as well as freer from circumstances. You can expect to be treated with warmth, compassion and respect.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage and will power to seek and work towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take the first step on the journey of healing and liberation, I am here to provide a safe and brave space to support and empower you. I want to accompany you as you are finding and strengthening your authentic self. Maybe you schedule a first session so we can see if we are a good fit for each other.
