Great to meet you!

I graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology. I am LGBTQ (+) affirming and committed to multicultural competency in my work. I have experience treating individuals and couples across a variety of domains including depression/anxiety, trauma, identify/life cycle, relational issues, perinatal mental health, couples therapy, sex therapy, relational issues, sexual disorders, and betrayal trauma.

My approach to therapy

I approach psychotherapy treatment with an underlying goal to assist individuals and couples in relieving distress and suffering, while discovering deeper, more fulfilling meaning in their lives. I hold a strong belief in the person-of-the-therapist - that in order to provide the best treatment the therapist must be willing to consistently engage in their own self-work and commitment to growth. I uphold this commitment and have great respect and reverence for the processes of growth and change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to equip clients with the psychological, emotional, and relational skills and tools that will empower them to reach their personal and relationship goals. My goal is for individuals and couples to leave treatment feeling a sense of integrity, clarity, strength, pride, and confidence within themselves and in their relationships with others.
