I am so proud of you for taking the first step in understanding and learning how to become a better you! No more putting it off for tomorrow or saying maybe it will work itself out. I have experienced life and all it has to offer! I am a previous teenage mother, single mom, and college graduate.

I understand what it means to struggle while trying to achieve your dreams. I was a middle school teacher and school counselor, so if there is one thing that I do know it’s understanding teenagers.

I focus on helping kids, moms, parents, and adults through stress, anxiety, depression, and life's daily conflict. I currently do not offer couples counseling.

Parents are you experiencing a teenager whose actions have changed or experiencing abnormal behaviors? Then I am the one to call!

Listen, I work with people who are wanting to take charge of their life! If you have tried to talk to family & it didn't work. Or if you have tried to tell friends & that didn't work..... it's time to try me!

My goal is to create an environment that allows you to grow. Transparency and honesty with one another are critical factors of success. Therapy is a process that is not always easy, but it is a necessary first step. Don't call me tomorrow, you're going to forget... call me right now!
