Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is collaborative, and practical. I believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach because every person brings a unique story and set of experiences. Together, we'll identify what's working, what's not, and develop strategies that help you reach your goals.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, while creating a supportive space where you can be honest, ask questions, and grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and leave each session feeling encouraged and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges, celebrate your growth, and support you through difficult moments. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are because you do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

Every person is different, so I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions, while others may focus on practical tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged.

I believe healing happens one step at a time, and I am honored to be part of your journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and any challenges you are currently facing. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, and together we will begin identifying goals for therapy. By the end of our first session, you should have a better understanding of how we can work together and what to expect moving forward.
