I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My approach is collaborative and focused. I take time to understand your needs and create a personalized plan that supports your mental health. Alongside psychiatric care, I also offer access to coaching resources through a trained life coach. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to move forward.
