Great to meet you!

With over 7 years of experience, I have worked with a multitude of populations and issues. I have carved out a specialized approach to helping my clients deal with grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles that involves a person centered approach. I lean heavily on empowerment and attachment theories in my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative experience with my client and always place the client as the expert of their own experience. I have a welcoming approach that will make you feel safe, seen, and heard. I approach each client with genuine curiosity and true appreciation for their personal life experiences.

What you can expect from me

From the initial session, my clients can expect to feel seen, heard, and more understood which will in itself provide a sense of relief and hope for the future of our work together. While the work itself can be challenging from time to time, I work hard to ensure my clients leave sessions feeling hopeful about what the future holds for them and for the sessions. I create a warm environment where I fully see you and accept you.
