Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor living in central Indiana. I am a graduate of IU Columbus, and have been in practice since 2019. I have experience working with people across the life span. I have worked in both inpatient and out patient settings. I have worked with a variety of different diagnoses including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Substance Abuse. I love meeting new people and learning how I can help them achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a combination of different counseling techniques. First and foremost, I use a person-centered therapy approach. Because I believe the client's opinions and values are important. I also use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help the clients process and coup with their emotions. I believe in a strengths approach. Because every client is capable of overcoming any adversity. I'm just a guide to help them on their journey.

What you can expect from me

I know therapy can intimidating. Durning our first therapy session, I promise to provide the client with a safe, non-judgemental space to talk and begin the process of their journey.
