Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with tweens, adolescents, couples, families, older adults and individuals. Those I work with receive exceptional mental health services which are individualized and culturally sensitive. Through both short and long-term therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths which can improve their mental/emotional well-being and lead to happier, healthier, and more productive lives.

My approach to therapy

My areas of interest and specialty include Relationship and Interpersonal Issues, Caregiver Support, Grief/Loss Issues, Sexual Abuse and other traumatic events, Child/Parent Conflicts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder.

What you can expect from me

Out of control teen? Loveless marriage/relationship? Stress related to care giving? We all experience difficulties in our day-to-day lives. By working together, I can help you embark on a journey towards self-awareness, joy and a more rewarding life filled with hope. Things CAN get better!
