The thoughts and feelings of being misunderstood, stressed out, and ready to quit begin to rule your mind. Having a therapist can become one of the most important relationships you may have. Not knowing where to start can become confusing & daunting. It may sound difficult, but counseling gives us the tools and support to navigate through life. My desire is to work with you on the different stressors in life. I have worked with a variety of clients who have experienced a myriad of challenges and obstacles. I believe that everyone has the power to either change their situation or learn, build, and grow within their situation.
