Great to meet you!

Struggling to recognize who you are beneath the roles of parent, partner, and/or professional can leave you feeling like a shadow of yourself over time. These transitions can leave you exhausted, misunderstood, and unsure how to keep going. When your efforts don’t bring the relief you hoped for, it’s easy to lose hope. Therapy offers a supportive space to ease the pressure, process heavy emotions, and rediscover your strength. Taking that first step may feel daunting, but it can be the turning point toward healing and steadier ground.

Minimizing yourself to ensure others are well serves no purpose. So let’s talk through it!

My approach to therapy

My desire is to work with you on the different stressors in life. I have worked with a variety of clients who have experienced a myriad of challenges and obstacles. I believe that everyone has the power to either change their situation or learn, build, and grow within their situation.

What you can expect from me

I’m here to support your journey toward mental and emotional well-being. Focusing on maternal mental health and life transitions, I offer a compassionate, personalized approach that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll work toward balance, growth, and the outcomes you hope to achieve.
