Great to meet you!

I help kids (12 and up) and adults with their ADHD to get stuff done and not be frustrated doing it. I have ADHD and understand the struggles firsthand. If you suffer from RSD, as well, (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria), that's also correctable.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with you (not a diagnosis). I want you to leave each session less frustrated and making more progress. Meanwhile, you'll be learning to manage your brain to build an easier life. You may be at risk for burnout, so we aren't going to push you. We'll find what works best for you, not what exhausts you.

What you can expect from me

When we meet, you'll tell your story in your way, and I'll ask questions that help me better understand you. Before we finish, you'll have clear next steps to start making progress. With ADHD, we learn by doing, not thinking. I'll work with you to get really clear and super simple. Doing the right thing isn't hard, it's just really easy not to do it. I'll do my best to help you feel comfortable. You'll learn to see yourself and your ADHD in new, empowering ways.
