Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

I received my Master’s Degree from the prestigious California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and completed an internship at the Integral Counseling Center at Church Street, where I was trained in Gestalt Therapy, a form of therapy which encompasses a holistic approach.

I have extensive training and experience working with adolescents, including those with substance abuse issues, mental health diagnoses, or both (co-occurring disorders).

My work with adults encompasses a wide range of issues, including treatment of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, substance abuse, gambling addiction, gay/lesbian issues, and concerns about dating or sexuality, including sexually addictive behavior.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to be compassionate, and to set clear, attainable goals while under my care. Your confidentiality and your personal plan of care hold the highest priority in meeting your needs.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a safe space to share without judgment, practical tools you can use right away, and sessions focused on your specific goals.
