Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you!

I am board certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a vivid passion for psychiatric and mental wellbeing. I have 5 years of experience in psychiatric care and three years dedicated to addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders. It is a privilege and sacred honor to care for one's innermost world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My personal philosophy is derived from a core belief that in order to impact parts, we must address the whole. I believe strongly in a holistic approach including our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health to drive our most optimal wellbeing. This is accomplished through healthy relationships, psychotherapy, medication, and utilization of community supports.

What you can expect from our first session

We will establish a supportive and transparent relationship built on honesty and shared decision-making. You can expect mutual goal-setting, an environment of respect, and unwavering support.
