Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you found your way here. Therapy is a place where you can slow down, talk things through, and get to know yourself a little better. I’m here to sit with you, listen closely, and help you make sense of what’s been going on. Together, we can look at the patterns that keep showing up, the beliefs that may be holding you back, and what might help you feel more like yourself.

I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology, and a two-year certificate in Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a journey—not something you have to have completely figured out. In our sessions, we’ll take time to explore what you’ve been through, notice patterns that may be showing up in your relationships or everyday life, and look at the beliefs that might be getting in your way. My hope is to help you understand yourself more clearly, feel more connected to your emotions, and make changes that feel meaningful and true to who you are. I collaborate with a wide range of clients, with a particular interest in helping men with a variety of issues including relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, difficult childhoods, and infidelity.

What you can expect from me

I strive to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with all my clients from the beginning, which ideally fosters trust and openness in our relationship. Hopefully, you will experience me as someone who understands you.

By exploring past experiences, identifying patterns of behavior, and challenging limiting beliefs, my clients gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, leading to meaningful change and personal growth.
