Douglas Barnes

I have 20+ years experience with Sexual Addiction, Marriage Counseling, EMDR, PTSD, Betrayal Trauma Recovery as well as Depression, Anxiety and Anger. I have worked with addicts struggling with pornography, affairs, lust and all other integrity issues for the last 20 years as well as on my own recovery journey. I know recovery from a personal perspective. I help clients understand their own wounds, shame cycles and patterns of unhealthy behaviors, while offering encouragement, hope, and practical solutions. I also help partners who have been betrayed by sexually compulsive behaviors through full disclosure and reconciliation.

I have worked with the Every Man's Battle workshop for the last 14 years, not only as a main speaker but also facilitating their small groups. I have co-hosted the radio show, New Life Live, on the subject of sex addiction, recovery, betrayal and full disclosure. I also work with partners by helping them with practical solutions for safety and stability.

I work with men, wives, couples as well as betrayed partners seeking freedom from sexual integrity and trauma issues. I also work with male teens as young as 15 years old who struggle with sex addiction.
