Great to meet you!

For over 30 years, I have worked in a variety of roles and settings within the mental health field which allow me to have an awareness and an understanding of many issues. This experience combined with under graduate and graduate degree's in Psychology and counseling allows for a full perspective on the complexities of the human experience which is always evolving. Most importantly, I have learned that each individual client requires a uniquely tailored solution that works for his or her life. I will commit to providing a place where you will be heard and supported unconditionally.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy. My training and experiences has taught me a variety of ways to help. The complexity of life requires creativity and honesty in finding clarity in direction. The counselor and tools are avenues to individuals finding that direction and clarity for themselves.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost my goal is for people to have felt accepted for who they are. This doesn't mean there won't be challenging conversations however it is important for all of us to be seen and understood within growth. Often times people indicate feeling a broader perspective and understanding of the issues they are facing which allows them to find direction.
