Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and AASECT-certified sex therapist with experience working across Texas, Colorado, and Louisiana. My background includes over two decades of work in high-performance, high-accountability environments, along with more than 15 years in clinical practice specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, relationship dynamics, and complex behavioral patterns.

My work is focused on individuals and couples navigating high-stakes areas of life—particularly where sex, money, power, and expectations intersect. These are often the most sensitive and impactful parts of a relationship, and they require clarity, structure, and direct communication to resolve effectively.

I work with:

  • Couples experiencing conflict, disconnection, or trust-related issues
  • Individuals seeking sex therapy for desire concerns, compulsive behaviors, or performance-related anxiety
  • Professionals and high-functioning individuals managing pressure in relationships and decision-making

In addition to private practice, I have experience in crisis intervention, substance use treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and working with individuals facing complex or high-conflict situations.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with structured, choice-oriented frameworks that emphasize accountability, clarity, and effective decision-making.

Clients often seek me out when they are ready to move beyond insight and begin making meaningful, practical changes in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

Most people don’t come to therapy because they lack insight, they come because the same patterns keep repeating, especially in relationships. I focus on what’s actually driving those patterns, which often comes down to sex, money, power, and expectations.

In session, I’m active and intentional. I ask targeted questions, offer clear feedback, and help you organize what’s happening so you can think more clearly and make better decisions. This isn’t passive or open-ended therapy—we focus on what’s effective.

I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive and choice-oriented frameworks, to help you separate what you can control from what you can’t. That shift reduces reactivity and increases clarity.

In couples work, we move out of reactive cycles and into more deliberate, aligned communication. In sex therapy, we focus on developing a functional, integrated relationship with sexuality that aligns with your values and your life.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s clarity, alignment, and the ability to handle your life and relationships more effectively.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused, structured, and designed to quickly create clarity.

We’ll identify what’s bringing you in—whether it’s a relationship issue, a sexual concern, or a high-pressure situation involving sex, money, or trust. I’ll ask targeted questions to get beneath the surface and understand what’s actually driving the issue.

This is not a passive intake. You can expect an active, organized conversation.

By the end of the session, we will:

  • Clarify the core issues
  • Identify patterns, keeping things stuck
  • Establish an initial direction for the work

You can also expect direct, honest feedback. My role is to help you think clearly and move toward effective decisions.

For couples, we focus on the dynamic and begin shifting out of reactive patterns. For individuals, we clarify the issue and where change is needed.

The goal: clarity, direction, and a path forward.
