Great to meet you!

With more than 25 years of experience, I work with adults, adolescents, and families who may be dealing with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes. I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful change in your life. Whether you're working through addiction, relationship or family concerns, stress, or patterns that no longer serve you, we’ll focus on finding solutions that fit your goals and your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, solution-focused, and collaborative. You are an active participant in the process, and I want you to feel heard while also making progress toward the changes you want to see. We’ll look at what’s happening in your life, what has worked in the past, and what may need to change. From there, we can build practical strategies that move you forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your history, what you’ve tried before, what has worked, and what hasn’t. From there, we’ll develop a plan based on your goals and the areas you want to work on. That plan can evolve as we learn more about what works best for you.
