Great to meet you!

I believe the most effective care comes from a strong, collaborative partnership. I approach each person as more than a diagnosis, and I value honesty, accountability, and mutual respect in the work we do together. Change is possible—I’ve seen it firsthand—and I’m here to support you in becoming the version of yourself you want to be. My background includes both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from Walsh University, and I bring that clinical foundation into thoughtful, individualized care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and patient-centered. I use a shared decision-making model, meaning we work together to find strategies that align with your goals and values. I incorporate evidence-based medication management when appropriate, alongside a harm reduction philosophy that meets you where you are. At the same time, I believe meaningful progress involves personal accountability, and I aim to support and challenge you in a way that promotes real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to start building a working relationship and gain a clear understanding of your needs. We’ll discuss your current concerns, history, and goals, and begin developing a plan tailored to you. You can expect a straightforward, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you’ll be heard and involved in every step of the process.
