Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist in San Francisco providing in-person therapy in the city and telehealth throughout California. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, career stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel capable yet stuck, often caught between external expectations and a quieter sense that something in their lives needs to shift. My goal is to help clients regain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends practical, evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with deeper, reflective exploration. Together we work to understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while identifying concrete steps that support change in everyday life. I also draw from depth psychology and parts-based perspectives when helpful, which can deepen insight and support lasting transformation. Therapy is collaborative and active, balancing practical tools with thoughtful exploration of what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down and understand what brings you to therapy at this moment in your life. We will talk about the challenges you are facing, what you hope might change, and any questions you have about the process. From there, we begin identifying goals and possible directions for the work ahead. My aim is to create a thoughtful, welcoming space where you feel comfortable speaking openly and where meaningful progress can begin.
