As a LCSW practicing for over a decade, I utilize a client-centered approach to help my clients gain the belief in themselves to overcome whatever they may be struggling with. I have a strong background in working with adult clients that struggle with a variety of anxiety disorders, OCD, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have significant training and ongoing supervision in Somatic Intervention.

I utilize a variety of modalities that are tailored to the specific needs of the individual client. Working from an attachment lens we can begin to peel way at the layers that are contributing to the current struggles. Our sessions will be molded to fit the specific personality of the client rather than trying to mold the client to the modality.

Clients can expect a warm non-judgmental environment that will give the strength to carefully and safely learn more about themselves and the struggles that they are encountering. This allows us to work together towards the goals that the client has set for themselves.
