Great to meet you!

Many people seek therapy when anxiety, stress, or overwhelming thoughts begin to interfere with daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. I work with clients who feel stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking, avoidance, or self-doubt, and I help them build practical tools to feel more grounded and in control.

I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety and stress-related concerns, including panic symptoms, intrusive thoughts, and repetitive worry patterns. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on improving daily functioning — not just reducing symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping clients reduce anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm while building skills that improve daily functioning and resilience.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), depending on each client's needs. These approaches help clients understand thought and behavior patterns and develop more flexible ways of responding to anxiety and stress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and how anxiety, stress, or overwhelming thoughts have been impacting your daily life. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll work together to identify your goals and a direction that feels manageable.

You can expect a supportive and collaborative conversation where you’ll have space to share your experiences and begin learning practical tools for managing anxiety and improving day-to-day functioning.
