Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist in practice for over 25 years. I see individuals who experience anxiety, depression, self-esteem, loss, grief, job problems, life transitions, family and relationship struggles, and perinatal and postpartum mood issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy ranges from here-and-now cognitive behavioral techniques, to a more in-depth exploration of past family patterns.

My role is to guide you to better understand yourself, your issues, and to help you make changes that will result in personal growth, behavioral changes, and increased self- awareness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session I will ask you questions about your current circumstances, your past experiences and relationships, and your goals for therapy. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about therapy or working with me.
