Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have provided evidence-based psychological treatment across community mental health, university, outpatient, psychological assessment, and private practice settings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and inquisitive, combining careful assessment with practical strategies to help children, adults and families create meaningful, lasting change. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism, stress, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I tailor treatment to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotionally focused and attachment-based principles, and other evidence-based approaches based on your goals, preferences, and the best available research. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but also to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build skills that continue to serve you long after treatment ends.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to understand what brings you to treatment, explore your history, identify your strengths, and clarify your goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and priorities. You can expect a thoughtful, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin building a roadmap toward meaningful and lasting change.
