Great to meet you!

My background is in inpatient psychiatry, where I spent years working with some of the most complex presentations in the field: treatment resistant depression, PTSD, psychosis, and conditions that appear psychiatric but turn out to have a medical cause. That depth of experience shapes how I approach every person I see today. I practice both via telehealth and through house calls in the Las Vegas area, and I hold licenses across multiple states so I can meet you where you are. Whether you have been through many treatments without finding relief or you are just beginning to look for support, I welcome the full range of what you bring.

My approach to therapy

Every evaluation I do is holistic. I look at the full picture, not just the presenting symptoms, because psychiatric and medical factors often intersect in ways that are easy to miss. I am direct about what I observe and open to the kind of complexity that others sometimes step back from. We build a plan together, one that makes sense for your specific situation.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to hear what has brought you to this point, what you have tried before, and what matters most to you going forward. I will share my initial impressions openly. By the time we finish, you should have a clear sense of how I think about your situation and what our work together might look like.
