Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth services to individuals of all ages. I take an empathic and supportive approach to therapy by establishing a safe space for my clients to uncover and explore painful emotions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, or relationship stressors, I tailor treatment to meet the specific needs of every client—with the aim of helping the client develop new skills, enhance self-awareness, foster positive change, and increase overall satisfaction and well-being. My specialized training includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

I help my clients gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of their problems, while assisting them in taking tangible steps to improve their lives. Sessions are always based on my clients' unique needs and treatment goals that they have identified.
