Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health. I am licensed to practice in SC. My practice is grounded in providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their concerns openly and work toward personal growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is tailored to each client's specific needs. I utilize evidence-based modalities of Mindfulness, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Treatment is designed to support clients in developing coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and achieving sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

The initial session serves as a comprehensive assessment to gather relevant background information and identify the client’s primary concerns. During this meeting, we will begin formulating a treatment plan tailored to the client’s therapeutic goals and presenting issues. This structured process provides a clear foundation for subsequent sessions.

I look forward to working with you!
