Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, and patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we work toward understanding not only what you are experiencing, but also what may be underneath it—so that change can feel meaningful and lasting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, engaged, and individualized. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, CBT, Jungian psychology, Gestalt therapy, and other evidence-informed approaches based on your unique needs and goals.

In our work together, we may explore recurring patterns, relationships, emotions, and past experiences while also developing practical tools for the challenges you are facing today. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and also feel gently challenged to grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what has been difficult lately, and what you hope might be different.

We’ll also talk about relevant parts of your history, strengths, relationships, and current stressors. You do not have to tell your whole story at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to clarify your goals and what our work together might look like.
