Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My work emphasizes clarity, insight, honesty, and understanding the functional patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. I aim to create a focused, reflective, and thoughtful space where we can move beyond surface-level discussion to develop meaningful and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, structured, and direct, with a focus on building psychological flexibility and deeper self-understanding. I help clients identify the thinking, emotional, and interpersonal patterns that influence their experiences, using psychoeducation and collaborative analysis to clarify what’s helpful and what isn’t. My work is grounded in ACT and CBT, combining practical skill-building with exploration of the underlying factors shaping your current challenges. The goal is to help you develop insight, resilience, and tools you can continue using independently over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and making sure we’re a good fit to work together. I’ll ask broad, but focused questions to begin the diagnosis process, and to clarify your concerns, history, and goals. This session lays the groundwork for developing a clear treatment plan and approach in the sessions that follow. My intent is for you to have a clear sense of direction and what working together will look like.
