Great to meet you!

My name is Dre, and I use they/them pronouns. I approach life with compassion and a deep sense of wonder, always striving to understand and connect meaningfully. I bring authenticity, humility, and a genuine commitment to your well-being into my practice. I believe that each person has unique experiences, and my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength. I understand that life’s challenges can sometimes make us feel lost or uncertain, but I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my work, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Queer and Feminist theory, compassion-based practices, and Psychodynamic perspectives. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing space where you can express yourself fully, knowing that your emotions will be met with care and understanding. As a Queer, Neurodivergent, Highly Sensitive Person, I emphasize inclusivity and acceptance, ensuring that every aspect of who you are is respected and supported. My approach is rooted in the understanding that you are the expert of your own life, and my goal is to guide you toward healing and self-discovery.

What you can expect from our first session

From working together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns. Our sessions will provide you with the insights, tools, and guidance needed to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. I believe in helping you reconnect with the hope and curiosity you were born with, and through our work, you will feel seen, valued, and empowered. Ultimately, you’ll leave our sessions with greater clarity, a sense of self-compassion, and a renewed sense of direction as you continue your journey forward.
