Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Therapist, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of settings. My professional background includes the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), correctional facilities, school systems, forensic psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient mental health clinics, and medical hospitals. These diverse experiences have given me a strong understanding of the unique challenges individuals and families face at different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard and understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's individual needs. I strive to help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

I have experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, and emotional regulation. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I am committed to partnering with you to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about the therapy process and share what has or hasn't worked for you in the past.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore the challenges you're facing, and develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and goals.
