Great to meet you!

I am inspired everyday by people who are seeking to heal from the past and establish ways to handle their future more effectively. I am a therapist that is client-led, and offers several different therapeutics approaches.

My experience includes youth residential care, hospital outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatric care, private practice, parent and life coaching and school social work. I work most often with people experiencing difficulties with trauma, mood concerns and anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a clinically trained social worker doing Christian and Traditional therapy, per client’s guidance and request. I enjoy aiding people in finding solutions for their areas of concern.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that my clients can leave each session with a different perspective or approach to their concern than they came with. I support my clients in new approaches to old problems and hope in a more manageable future.
