Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Drew Jennings, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I attained my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati in 2020 with a focus in working with adults in mental health. I have spent my 6 year career working with individuals as a therapist for a community behavioral health center. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis-related and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, I have been trained and possess therapeutic skills in various areas of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows me to adapt to each client I meet with to address their specific needs. I am direct, challenging, while also being delicate and understanding of the client's personal story.

What you can expect from me

Clients meeting with me for the first therapy session can expect some education regarding the therapeutic relationship and process. Clients will experience a collaborative approach to setting goals and objectives that are realistic and understandable.
