Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an additional Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. Walking alongside you while we achieve your success is an honor and a privilege. We all need help at times, and I believe you are meant to thrive and not just survive!

My approach to therapy

I believe in building a strong alliance with my clients where we can work together to determine the most effective plan to accomplish your goals. I have intentionally developed a variety of treatment approaches so I can offer what will work best for you. Therapy is a dynamic process, so I will always adjust to your needs as we progress in our relationship.
