Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience bridging the space between thoughts, feelings, and actions to facilitate your growth. My practiced has tended to focus on high functioning individuals who may be successful in many domains (e.g., students, professionals) but are looking to improve their lives, relationships, work, etc.

My approach to therapy

I offer a strengths-based, person-centered, multicultural approach to treatment. I work with diverse clients on a range of presenting concerns and balance humor, compassion, logic and emotion.

What you can expect from me

Early treatment is focused on building trust and assessing goodness of fit. It is important that I get a broad sense of your history and development, as well as what is bringing you to therapy right now. Together we can collaborate on how therapy will work best moving forward.
