Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex transitions. I earned my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Edinboro University, building on a foundation rooted in Criminal Justice from my undergraduate studies.

My work with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Department of Corrections has shaped a deep understanding of the intersection between personal growth and systemic challenges. I specialize in women’s issues and relationship dynamics, creating a safe, empowering space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, rebuild connections, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, laid-back environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My therapeutic style blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing me to tailor sessions to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be holding you back and work toward meaningful change, all at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect to gain greater self-awareness, learn practical tools for managing thoughts and emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Whether we're addressing relationship challenges or navigating personal growth, my goal is to help clients build insight, confidence, and meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
