Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dulal, a qualified supervisor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find peace, purpose, and connection in their lives.

As a current Doctoral candidate in Marriage & Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University, I bring a research-informed, compassionate, and collaborative approach to mental health. I work with adults, children, teens, couples, families, and the elderly—guiding each client with empathy and tailored support.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert of your life—I’m here to walk alongside you, not in front of you. My style is warm, interactive, and accepting, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully and honestly.

Using a client-centered, solution-focused, and holistic lens, I help you explore your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions with clarity and self-compassion. My approach is tailored to your needs, offering practical tools, thoughtful feedback, and collaborative strategies that empower you to take meaningful action.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, trauma, low self-confidence, or a sense of purposelessness, you’re not alone—and healing is possible.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me that our sessions feel like a mix of deep conversation, clarity, and practical support—the kind that leaves you feeling lighter, more focused, and empowered to take your next steps.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

  • A Safe, Nonjudgmental Space You’ll be met with warmth, empathy, and acceptance, free to express your thoughts, emotions, and struggles without fear of judgment.
  • Clarity and Insight Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and discover new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
  • Tailored Tools & Strategies I’ll offer you personalized feedback, reflections, and actionable tools—whether you're working on anxiety, relationships, confidence, grief, or life direction.
  • Emotional Support & Accountability: You won’t be alone in this. I’ll walk beside you, encouraging growth while helping you stay grounded, realistic, and motivated.
  • Deeper Self-Awareness & Self-Compassion You’ll begin to understand yourself more deeply—your needs, values, and strengths—and develop a kinder, more empowered relationship with yourself.
  • Real, Lasting Change. While every journey is unique, most clients experience meaningful shifts in how they think, cope, communicate, and connect with themselves and others.

Whether you're navigating a specific issue or simply feeling stuck and unsure where to begin, our sessions will be a place to reconnect with your inner wisdom, heal old wounds, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
