Great to meet you!

Always taking care of everyone else before yourself? You deserve support too. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to carry everything alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for busy professionals, stay at home parents, caregivers, students, and everything in between who may be feeling emotionally exhausted by the demands of daily life. I work with children, teens, young adults, parents, and families navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Hablo Español!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged, pressured, or like you have to present yourself a certain way. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up authentically and exploring what’s really going on beneath the surface.

I work with clients to better understand patterns, build healthier coping skills, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel realistic and supportive to their everyday lives. Together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful changes that feel sustainable, practical, and aligned with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for me to get to know you! We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once- we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I aim to create a space that feels supportive and genuine so you can feel comfortable showing up as yourself. Together, we’ll start identifying goals, exploring patterns, and finding tools and strategies that fit your needs and everyday life.
